- October 30: Politico published a report on the American-Israel Public Affairs Committee (AIPAC) and its ties to Congress.
- According to the report, AIPAC is the biggest foreign affairs lobbyist organization in the United States. It is strictly dedicated to promoting the Israeli government's agenda.
- Throughout March-September 2024, AIPAC paid for 71 members of Congress and staffers to be flown out to Tel Aviv and stay at luxurious hotels in the Israeli city.
- The report also confirmed that Israel is the number one destination for privately funded foreign travel by members of the House of Representatives. In total, there have been 4,100 trips to Israel since 2012. Members of the Senate have more than 2,600 trips during the same period.

- October 6: The Syndicate of Chemists in Lebanon warns people about health issues near blast sites due to the Zionist entity’s usage of depleted uranium bombs.

- October 7: A report from Brown University shows that the United States spent more than USD 22 billion in one year in support of the Zionist genocide of Palestinians. This is the most funding the United States has ever given Israel's military in one year. - October 7: Day 3 of the siege against Jabalia; airstrikes and mass murder continues.
- October 8: Day 4 of the siege against Jabalia; the destruction and war crimes continue.
- October 9: Bolivia joins South Africa in its genocide case against the Zionist occupation in the International Court of Justice.
- October 9: Day 5 of the siege against Jabalia. The UN warns that 400,000 people are trapped as the Zionist entity continues to assault them from air and ground.
- October 10: The Zionist entity fires on UN peacekeepers stationed in Lebanon from Ireland and Italy.
- October 11: Day 7 of the siege against Jabalia. The UN warns that no food has entered the area since October 1.
- October 12: Day 8 of the siege against Jabalia. Jabalia refugee camp in northern Gaza is attacked by a Zionist strike which killed 22 Palestinians. Ambulances have no fuel to operate.
- October 13: Day 9 of the siege against Jabalia. The Zionist entity is bombing and burning the Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital (graphic content), and the confirmed death count rises to 300.
- October 14: Hezbollah manages to strike the Golani Brigades, deep in Zionist-controlled territory, at the exact time the Zionist soldiers are off-guard.
- October 15: Day 11 of the siege against Jabalia. The Euromed Human Rights monitor warns that 200,000 Palestinians are trapped in shelters without access to any food or water, and are being targeted as they approach humanitarian supply centers.
- October 16: Michael Kurilla, commander of the USA Central Command, arrives in the Zionist entity.
- October 16: Day 12 of the siege against Jabalia. Explosives disguised as water tanks are seen in the area, taking advantage of the impending starvation.
- October 17: The Zionist forces kill Yahya Sinwar in combat. Sinwar was chairman of the political bureau and Gaza leader of Hamas. Even with his comrades dead, his arm blown off, and no ammunition, he forced his pursuers to retreat and use a drone to martyr him. Even then, he nearly took it out with a piece of debris.
- October 17: Germany makes its first public admission that it’s directly participating in the Zionist entity’s war against Lebanon.
- October 18: Day 14 of the siege against Jabalia. The Zionist entity has completely shut off the communications network in northern Gaza, leaving people reliant on donated E-Sims to reach the outside world.
- October 18: A Greek communist union of dockworkers and protestors successfully blocks an ammunition shipment, forcing the ship to leave for the Zionist entity with nothing.
- October 19: Day 15 of the siege against Jabalia. Zionist forces strike hospitals in Jabalia and kills at least 33 people. The Zionist entity forces men to line up to be killed.
- October 20: The Zionist entity announces plans to destroy Qard al-Hassan, one of the largest Lebanese non-profit financial institutions relied on by millions of Lebanese civilians.
- October 21: Leaked U.S. intelligence documents suggest Zionist occupation plans to strike Iran.
- October 22: Day 18 of the siege against Jabalia. Beit Lahiya, a refuge for 150,000 people, is targeted.
- October 25: Day 21 of the siege against Jabalia. The Zionist entity is setting up concentration camps for Palestinians in the north, forcing them to be biometrically scanned to receive aid. Staff at Kamal Adwan Hospital mass arrested.
- October 26: The Zionist occupation strikes Iran.
- October 28: South Africa submits 750 pages of evidence against the Zionist entity at the International Court of Justice.
- October 30: The Zionist occupation kills at least 93 people in bombing in Beit Lahiya, northern Gaza.
- October 31: Multinational Barclays bank has forced to divest from Zionist military firm Elbit Systems by pro-Palestinian protestors.
